Job description Manage closing and follow-up share follow-up messages with the customer via WhatsApp (through the WeightWise-provided system). Update the tracker/output sheet with detailed call notes, customer responses, and next steps for each lead. Outbound Calling: Conduct real-time outbound calls within dedicated calling slots, ensuring timely follow-ups and maximum connect rates. Interest Capture: Identify and record user interest in the WeightWise program accurately in the tracker. Resource Optimization: Focus human effort on meaningful conversations understanding intent, building trust, and addressing objections effectively. Multilingual Communication: Engage with customers fluently in both English and Hindi, switching languages based on customer comfort. Note : Freshers can also apply.
