Roles & Responsibilities
(Steward) Serve food and beverages to patients, attendants, and hospital staff in a courteous and professional manner. Set up and maintain dining/service areas before and after meal service. Clear tables, collect used utensils, and ensure cleanliness of the dining area. Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times. Assist in serving meals as per hospital and company guidelines. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service. Handle customer queries politely and escalate concerns to the supervisor when required. Maintain cleanliness of service equipment, crockery, cutlery, and workstations. Follow all safety, infection control, and company SOPs. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor to support daily operations. Preferred Candidate Profile (Steward) Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass. Hotel Management qualification is preferred and will be an added advantage. Freshers and candidates with 02 years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, or catering services can apply. Good communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and professional behavior. Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physically fit and capable of standing for long hours. Team player with a willingness to learn and grow. Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices is preferred.
