Summary of Key Responsibilities
This person will be responsible for Handling All India Warehouse operations, Logistics, Cost optimization, Inventory planning and Stock Distribution.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Oversee PAN India daily warehouse operations, while controlling and managing inventory, logistics and cost.
- Lead and effectively optimize sourcing, logistics and warehousing to deliver OTIF targets & Bring in cost savings.
- Ensure Optimum space utilization at the Warehouse.
- Liaise with the stakeholders (Suppliers, Kitchens, Operations team, Store team, 3pl warehousing Partner and Logistics provider) for stock movements.
- Review inventory and critical stocks and plan warehouse inventory, Pan India
- Vehicle planning for inter DC movements, Store Deliveries and stock pick up from suppliers.
- Optimize cost while Route planning for dry & food logistics.
- Agreement closure & SLA review with Warehouse 3PL & Logistics partners.
- Work Closely with the category & sourcing team on LTO / New product launch, Sampling and order planning & Delivery.
- Manage store operation queries & provide quick resolutions to issues.
Required knowledge, skills and abilities
- 3-5 years prior experience in WH and Logistics Planning and managing 3PL.
- Proficiency in SAP and Data Analytics.
- Good Communication Skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build relationships
- Ability to work on projects across functions
