- Twisting Production: planning and execution of Cord fabric production on a daily basis; monitoring of twister route weaving efficiency on daily basis; take quality audit rounds at twister section; shift-wise monitoring of twister BPD doffing, loading time, number of rolls, manpower; ensure all OPM activities in textile (including datalogger); Twister Efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with standards (ISO 9000, ISO 14001, 45001) and statutory requirements; ensure activities related to compliance vis-a-vis plan; review actions on audit points; number of nonconformances in audits (internal, external statutory).
- Resolution of customer complaints: act on feedback forms from internal and external customers; analyze the complaints and furnish CAPA; reduction in NC rolls.
- OPM and Inventory Management: control of shopfloor WIP; betterment in I/O ratio; reduce variance of OPM batches; I/O ratio; variance % in OPM batches.
- Development of people capabilities at shop floor: provide OJT to workmen and technicians; administer skill matrix of employees in twisters; coordinate resources for domain training; prepare functional training modules/WI/SOPs for its effectiveness; Quadrant movement%.
