Track record of successful placements in roles such as machine operators, warehouse staff, assemblers, and technicians. Technical Knowledge Familiarity with the recruitment challenges specific to the UK blue-collar market, including regional labor trends. Understanding of manufacturing processes and the skill sets required for various roles within the sector. Soft Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and clients. Ability to handle high-volume recruitment while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing client requirements and market conditions. Total Experience Expected: 01-04 years Qualifications Any Graduation
