Job Description Role Purpose Assistant Manager - Facilities (Technical) is responsible for the day-to- day operations and management of the premises. Base location : Noida
Key Responsibilities: Operations & Maintenance of Engineering equipment- UPS, Air conditioning systems, BMS, AHU s, Firefighting, plumbing and other utility equipment s.
Handling AMCs through vendors, Inventory of spares and management. Implement process and procedural changes for facility improvements. Coordinate with Estate Management team for effective management of building management services. Manage, train, and supervise facility maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors. Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and sustainability and implement solutions as appropriate. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, as well as expenses. Work with team members to identify and prioritize facility-related projects and allocate resources accordingly.
Qualifications: & Skills: Bachelor s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, or a related field. 5 - 7 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems.
Experience: in project management.
Experience: in managing ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 audits & certifications.
