Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter Executive to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals across various technologies and experience levels. The role requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred candidate profile
Talent Sourcing
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize Boolean search techniques and other sourcing strategies to identify suitable candidates.
Candidate Screening
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
Recruitment Process Management
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Provide regular hiring status updates and recruitment reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely closure of open positions.
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and documentation.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance ratio, and sourcing effectiveness.
