Location: Pune, Mumbai, Nashik & Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar


Job Overview

Skillminds LLP is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales and business development, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while contributing to the company's business growth.

Note: This position includes a 6-month probation period, during which the candidate's performance, learning ability, and overall contribution will be evaluated for confirmation into a permanent role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential customers and business prospects.
  • Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, networking, and other sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business requirements.
  • Present the company's products and services effectively to prospective customers.
  • Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into successful business partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (BBA/MBA preferred).
  • Freshers and candidates with relevant sales experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Passion for sales, business development, and customer engagement.
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
