The Supply Chain Planner role is responsible for Siemens Healthineers Bangalore site Varian Linac products production planning, Procurement, Order fulfillment and contributes to broader Plan & Materials function responsibilities. Top priorities & responsibilities: 1. Plan Linac product production at the Bangalore site based on the released global supply plan and customer order backlog, ensuring the right product quantities and configurations are scheduled. 2. Ensure Production schedule adherence of On Time Start and On Time Finish by proactively working with cross functional teams mitigating production disruption risks. And apply finite production planning process by considering production work center capacities and materials availability. 3. Ensure customer orders fulfillment OTIF (On Time In Full) based on MAD (Materials Availability Date) requirements. 4. Use SAP as single source of fact for material planning. Act as dates management owner of different MRP elements (Production order, planned order, purchased requisition, PO, STO, etc.) to maintain high level of MRP accuracy. 5. Ensure production material availability by collaborating with internal and external suppliers closely for On Time Deliveries and possible pull in due to demand increase, as well as working with freight forwarders and ECC team to receive the materials on time. 6. Deliver inventory forecasts and analysis to support Varian s global inventory targets. 7. Participating in Engineering Change implementation process and plan on new materials cut in date. 8. Ensure compliance with related plan and procurement processes. Meet internal and external QMS audit requirements. 9. Manage return of NCC materials to internal and external suppliers if they can be repaired in cost effective way. 10. Manage 3PL for ensuring inventory accuracy and material replenishment to production line. 11. Apply HPS methodology to drive productivity savings. Requirements: 1. You have a completed bachelor s degree. 2. Experience in production planning and procurement. 3. Experience in SAP PP and MM module. 4. Professional data analytic skills. Desirable: 1. You embrace changes and continuous improvement.
