Ltd. is looking for Sr. Manager- Manufacturing Production to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Manage all activities to improve cyber resilience in the plant and protect the OT network from cyber threats. Lead continuous improvement actions in Cybersecurity Practices and identify process constraints to implement action plans. Develop and execute monthly to daily manufacturing plans based on resource allocation and customer workload. Define and lead competency plans, including flexibility, versatility, and core competencies. Coach and train team members on manufacturing management and lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues. Analyze and adjust capacity related to all MPP scales (monthly, weekly, and daily) and explain materials scheduling and healthy production start (ETO). Contribute to big order management processes (planning and scheduling) and drive decision-making through manufacturing task execution. Monitor performance KPIs to meet expected levels of safety, quality, service level, and efficiency. Coordinate and implement systems and tools across an entire value stream and adapt training materials to deliver Lean Methodology and associated tools.
