Position: Deputy Manager - Service Engineer - Agri - Delhi Experience Range: 3-5 Years Roles Responsibilities Agri Service Operations Management (Zone Level): Responsible for managing all Agri customer service complaints across the assigned zone. Ensure complaint closure within the defined turnaround time of 23 hours or less. Maintain customer feedback coverage of minimum 40%. Achieve and sustain NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 95%. Oversee installation and commissioning of Agri digital products. DARE (Digital Agri Retrofitting initiative) Network Development: Identify and recruit new DARE partners. Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability. Provide onboarding, technical training, and capability development support. Service Promotion Customer Engagement: Plan and conduct field service camps to enhance customer outreach and service support. Organize and participate in Bazar Day activities to promote products and services. Conduct electrician training programs to improve product awareness and service capability. Channel Partner Management: Regular visits to stockists to ensure service alignment, business growth, and relationship management. Conduct dealer visits to drive customer satisfaction, product support, and business development. Agri Digital Business Growth: Drive sales, adoption, and service support for Agri digital products. Identify business opportunities and support digital product expansion within the assigned territory. Collaborate with channel partners and customers to increase digital product penetration and utilization.
