Design and implement smart contracts (primarily in Rust for Solana).
Build and maintain backend services in Python (fastAPI/Django preferred) for transaction orchestration, bridging logic, analytics, and webhook callbacks.
Integrate with on-chain liquidity protocols and bridging solutions.
Write unit and integration tests across the stack to ensure reliability and performance.
Collaborate with frontend and infra teams to deliver seamless cross-chain experiences.
Monitor gas/compute efficiency, contract security, and cross-chain tx finality.
You need to have
1+ years of experience in Rust development (smart contract or system programming).
Solid experience with Solana development.
Proficiency in Python for backend services (web APIs, data processing, scheduling).
Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals: tokens, swaps, gas, signatures, bridging.
Experience integrating with public RPCs, wallets (Phantom, MetaMask), and explorers.
Understanding of security best practices (e.g., reentrancy, signature verification, data validation).
Experience with Solidity, Cosmos, or Layer 2s.
Worked on cross-chain protocols or DeFi aggregators.
Familiarity with tools like The Graph, Jito, Geyser, Chainlink, etc.
Open-source contributions in crypto.
