We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across the organization.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good candidate-evaluation abilities, and hands-on knowledge of sourcing through job portals and professional networks. MBA/PGDM freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from understanding the hiring requirement to candidate onboarding.
- Coordinate with department managers to understand job responsibilities, required skills, experience, and hiring timelines.
- Prepare and publish job descriptions on Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Monster, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, databases, and direct outreach.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening interviews through phone and video calls.
- Evaluate candidates on communication skills, experience, stability, salary expectations, notice period, and suitability for the position.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview, offer, documentation, and joining process.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer acceptance.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview feedback, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
- Support employee onboarding and other HR activities whenever required.
Candidate Profile
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment are welcome.
- Up to 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.
- Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, and Monster.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interviewing, screening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and work within deadlines.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred. Graduates with relevant recruitment experience may also apply.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Experience hiring for healthcare, medical billing, revenue cycle management, customer support, or other non-IT roles will be an advantage.
