Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Recruiter with 1-4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end technical hiring. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing expertise, solid understanding of IT technologies, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers to close positions efficiently.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles from requirement gathering to offer closure
- Source and attract candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR and technical screening calls
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs
- Schedule and coordinate interviews; ensure timely feedback and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and tracking sheets
- Drive hiring timelines and ensure quality candidate delivery
- Provide regular recruitment status updates to stakeholders
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
Required Skills Experience:
- 1-4 years of experience in IT / Technical recruitment
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies (Java,.NET, Python, Full Stack, Frontend, Backend, Cloud, DevOps, etc.)
- Experience working with ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
