Job Description

Position Title: L&D Executive / Training Executive

Department: Human Resources Learning & Development

Experience: Fresher to 1 Year

Qualification:

Graduate or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support delivery of DOJO training on Operations, Safety, and Quality.
  • Maintain attendance, assessment, and feedback records for DOJO, OJT, TNI, and safety trainings.
  • Keep training records updated and audit-ready throughout the year.
  • Track certification and recertification data in coordination with Labour Trainers.
  • Issue and maintain job card records for new joiners.
  • Prepare the monthly and annual training calendar and track adherence.
  • Prepare and update the Learning & Development dashboard.
  • Manage Learning Academy resources, training materials, equipment, and 5S standards.
  • Prepare and regularly update the skill matrix of associates.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Safety, Quality, HR, supervisors, and trainers for training activities.
  • Follow up on pending trainings, assessments, certifications, and documentation.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Training calendar adherence
  • Accuracy of training records
  • Timely certification and recertification
  • Job card issuance within defined timelines
  • Timely dashboard preparation
  • Updated associate skill matrix
  • Audit compliance of training documents
  • Proper management of Learning Academy resources

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic training and presentation ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic data analysis and dashboard preparation
  • Ability to work with shop-floor associates and cross-functional teams

Preferred Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing operations
  • Awareness of safety and quality practices
  • Knowledge of OJT, TNI, skill matrix, 5S, and training documentation
  • Exposure to Excel functions, pivot tables, and charts will be an advantage
