Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive IT Recruiter with 6 months to 4 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and sourcing quality IT talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete IT recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment data.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 4 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS tools.
