What You ll Do
- Coordinate material inflow and manage raw material logistics
- Assist in daily production planning and monitor execution across shifts
- Oversee raw material handling through various machinery
- Ensure quality control standards are met during and after production
- Manage dispatch operations and maintain shipment accuracy
- Track and manage stock levels, helping to maintain real-time inventory accuracy
What Were Looking For
- MBA graduates from reputable business schools with a minimum 80% academic score
- Strong interest in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or production planning
- A solid grasp of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data tracking) and PowerPoint (for reporting and updates)
- Comfort working in 12-hour shifts (either day or night) in a factory setting
- Basic knowledge of the steel industry or materials-based production
- Clear communication and coordination skills across departments
- A proactive mindset with a strong eye for problem-solving and operational accuracy
- Eagerness to learn on the job and take on leadership responsibilities over time
