Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Associate UI/UX Designer to lead the design and user experience initiatives for our digital products.
You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and translate them into intuitive user interfaces. Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback to improve user experience. Stay updated on UI/UX design trends, methodologies, and best practices to enhance design quality. Create design systems, style guides, and reusable components to ensure consistency across platforms. ? Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Design or related field. 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, or similar. Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
