Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day branch operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal bank policies.
- Verify and authorize banking transactions.
- Handle cash operations and operational risk (where applicable).
- Support the Branch Manager in achieving business goals.
- Guide and supervise executives and relationship officers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and performance reports.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Leadership and team management
- Banking operations knowledge
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Basic knowledge of financial products and regulatory compliance
Salary package
- first 6 months training in Bangalore with stipend of Rs.6000 after then job posting in preferred location
