Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day branch operations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal bank policies.
  • Verify and authorize banking transactions.
  • Handle cash operations and operational risk (where applicable).
  • Support the Branch Manager in achieving business goals.
  • Guide and supervise executives and relationship officers.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and performance reports.

  • Banking operations knowledge
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Basic knowledge of financial products and regulatory compliance

Salary package

  • first 6 months training in Bangalore with stipend of Rs.6000 after then job posting in preferred location
