Role Summary:
Responsible for acquiring new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers, ensuring account activation, balance maintenance, and cross-selling other banking products. The role is sales-focused and targets-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new CASA customers through field sales, referrals, and campaigns
- Ensure proper KYC, documentation, and account activation
- Drive usage, balance maintenance, and customer engagement
- Cross-sell bank products (loans, insurance, mutual funds, etc.)
- Meet monthly/quarterly targets for acquisition and balances
- Ensure compliance and maintain audit standards
Qualifications :
- Graduate (any stream)
- 0 - 5 years of banking or financial sales experience (CASA preferred)
- Driving License and own vehicle is mandatory
- Interested in field sales
