The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing the CSR strategy for the company, focusing on social impact, sustainability, and community development. This role involves leading the planning and execution of CSR initiatives, overseeing key projects related to Health care, Education, Women Empowerment and Environment, affordable housing, and other community engagement efforts. The Senior Manager will work closely with the CSR Head and other departments to align CSR activities with business goals, ensuring measurable social impact and positive brand reputation.
- Manage the development and execution of the companyÆs CSR strategy, aligning initiatives with the companyÆs mission, values, and business goals.
- Proven track record to work under the India CSR rules and compliances. Identify and prioritize CSR initiatives that focus on critical areas such as women empowerment, healthcare, education, environment, construction workers, affordable housing, sustainability, and any need based community development as per schedule
- Ensure that all CSR activities are aligned with the companyÆs long-term objectives, values, and industry regulations.
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR projects across different areas of focus, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and have a measurable impact.
- Oversee the management of key CSR projects, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Work with Internal, external partners, including NGOs, local communities, government agencies, and industry groups, to deliver impactful initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as community leaders, NGOs, government agencies, and corporate partners to drive effective CSR programs.
- Represent the company at CSR-related events, industry forums, and partnerships to promote CSR initiatives and build the companyÆs reputation as a responsible corporate citizen.
- Develop and implement employee volunteer programs to foster a culture of social responsibility and increase employee involvement in CSR activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to develop content and campaigns that highlight the companyÆs CSR activities, fostering a positive public image.
- Manage CSR-related communications, including press releases, social media campaigns, and CSR reports, to showcase the companyÆs commitment to social responsibility.
- Track CSR expenses and optimize resources to maximize the social impact of the initiatives.
A MasterÆs degree in CSR, Sustainability, Social Work, Environmental Science, Public Administration or a related field
7-12 years in CSR
- High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, cross functional and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Frequent travel to project sites in Delhi/NCR and Pan India project locations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of CSR best practices, sustainability, and social impact measurement.
- Budgeting and financial management skills.
