Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager Construction Finance to drive business growth and manage relationships with real estate developers for construction finance and other structured lending products. The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, structuring, and managing lending opportunities while ensuring portfolio quality and customer satisfaction.
The role requires a strong blend of business development, financial analysis, relationship management, and credit understanding within the NBFC/HFC ecosystem.
Preferred candidate profile
Business Development & Relationship Management -
Source new business opportunities in Construction Finance, Project Finance, Inventory Funding, Lease Rental Discounting (LRD), and Structured Real Estate Funding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, builders, channel partners, consultants, and market intermediaries.
Portfolio Management
Exposure to structured lending and NBFC/HFC lending practices.
