Function Objective To lead and execute the organizationÆs digital marketing and automation initiatives aimed at enhancing online visibility, improving customer engagement, and driving business growth through data-driven digital campaigns and process automation.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Automation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing automation strategies aligned with business objectives, customer journey mapping, and segmentation strategies. Platform Management: Working on marketing automation platforms (such as salesforce, webengage) to design customer journey, reengage audience on their desired platform at a right time to ensure optimal functionality, integration with other systems, and data integrity. Lead Nurturing: Design and implement lead nurturing programs to effectively engage prospects at different stages of the customer journey, utilizing personalized content, behavioural triggers, and automated workflows. Campaign Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement automated campaigns across various channels (email, social media, website, etc.) to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive conversions. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilise data analytics and reporting tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, and customer behaviour. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and increase ROI. Marketing Operations: Work closely with marketing operations teams to ensure seamless integration between marketing automation systems, CRM platforms, and other marketing technologies. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on system enhancements and integrations. A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to continuously improve campaign performance, email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Implement best practices for digital marketing and automation.
Qualifications
, Experience and Skills BachelorÆs degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field. MBA in Marketing/Digital Business preferred. Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.) or Marketing Automation Tools are a plus. 5û8 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and automation, preferably in the BFSI sector. Proven experience managing integrated digital campaigns and marketing automation tools. Expertise in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, etc. Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for email or landing page customizations.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business. Strong expertise in marketing automation platforms (preferably WebEngage) and CRM systems. Personal Attributes High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently, cross functional and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
