Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions using Six Sigma methodologies.
- Analyze data to measure performance metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations for future improvements.
- Provide training and coaching to team members on business excellence principles, statistical analyses, and data analysis techniques.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in life insurance industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of business excellence principles, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in performing statistical analyses using tools such as regression analysis, time series forecasting, etc.
