We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Finance and Enterprise Solutions to support ERP and Treasury transformation initiatives. The role requires deep understanding of finance processes, stakeholder management, business analysis, process optimization, and ERP implementation projects

Business Analysis & Requirement Management
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements from finance stakeholders.
- Understand existing business processes and identify pain points.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for ERP implementation.
- Model business processes and recommend process improvement opportunities.
- Assess risks, benefits, and impacts of proposed solutions.
ERP Implementation & Transformation
- Work closely with ERP implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support ERP and Treasury system implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
- Ensure successful transition and change management before, during, and after implementation.
- Facilitate process optimization and modernization initiatives.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Project Management & Governance
