Work Schedule
- 9 working hours per day
- 6 working days per week
- Weekly off on a rotational basis
- Candidates should be comfortable working weekends and retail shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a great customer experience
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation
- Manage stock replenishment and store operations
- Maintain store standards in line with PUMA guidelines
- Assist customers throughout their shopping journey
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- 0-5 years of experience in Retail, Customer Service, Hospitality, Apparel, Footwear, Fashion or Sportswear environments
- Customer-centric attitude with passion for sales
- Energetic, proactive and willing to learn
- Interest in sports and active lifestyle will be an added advantage
