Role & responsibilities R: ole Overview We are looking for an experienced Functional Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of digital trading and investment platforms, with a strong focus on mobile app journeys, wealth advisory solutions, and digital transformation initiatives in the BFSI domain.
Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end project management from initiation to deployment for trading and investment products Lead delivery of mobile trading journeys including onboarding, order placement, portfolio tracking, and advisory Manage digital transformation programs across Wealth & Personal Banking Collaborate with business stakeholders, trading desks, compliance, and technology teams Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality metrics Deliver using Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) with strong sprint and backlog management Ensure adherence to capital markets regulations and risk frameworks Set up and manage project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and escalations Required Skills & Experience 7-15 years of experience in Project / Program Management Strong domain expertise in: Capital Markets & Trading Platforms Wealth Management / Advisory Services Proven experience delivering: Mobile trading or investment applications End-to-end digital journeys in BFSI Strong knowledge of: Equities, derivatives, portfolio management, and trading workflows Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe) Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills Experience in managing transformation programs
