Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced, detail-oriented, and results-driven Billing Engineer at Manager/Sr. Manager level with 10-15 years of experience in construction project billing, contract management, quantity surveying, and cost estimation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in contractor billing verification, rate analysis, cost control, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verification and certification of contractor and subcontractor bills as per contract terms.
- BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and rate analysis for civil works.
- SMB (Site Measurement Book) reconciliation and validation with site reports.
- Ensure proper cost control, budgeting, and reporting through accurate MIS generation.
- Project progress tracking and preparation of timely reports for management.
- Material reconciliation and certification in coordination with stores and procurement teams.
- Proficient use of billing software, spreadsheets, and ERP tools for process efficiency.
- Preparation and maintenance of all contract documentation in alignment with project execution.
- Close coordination with site execution, planning, and procurement teams.
- Ensure adherence to compliance norms, contractual obligations, and company policies.
