Job Title Senior Global Product Manager (Respiratory Therapy) In this role, you will lead partnership strategy and legacy portfolio lifecycle management within the Respiratory Therapies segment. You will drive the commercial success of products brought to market through strategic partnerships owning go-to-market planning, business case development, and launch performance while also ensuring the legacy portfolio continues to meet customer needs through service excellence and smart portfolio optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional product management, RD, and commercial teams, and report to the Segment Leader, Respiratory Therapies. This role is based in Pune, India, co-located with our RD and cross-functional execution teams. Your role: Partnership Go-to-Market Strategy : Lead go-to-market planning for products developed through strategic partnerships, collaborating with regional market teams to align on pricing, volumes, positioning, and launch sequencing that maximize commercial impact. Business Case Market Alignment : Develop and own business cases for partnership-driven launches, securing alignment and sign-off with markets on investment, pricing strategy, and volume commitments to ensure mutual accountability and commercial readiness. Launch Execution Performance Management : Support regional teams in executing local launch plans and own the performance management cadence post-launch tracking adoption, identifying gaps, and driving corrective actions to deliver on committed targets. Legacy Portfolio Customer Support : Serve as the product management lead for the legacy portfolio, ensuring ongoing customer-facing needs are met with a focus on service continuity, support readiness, and a positive end-of-life experience for customers and patients. Portfolio Optimization : Continuously evaluate the legacy portfolio to identify rationalization and pruning opportunities that simplify the offering, reduce complexity, and identify opportunities to shift focus to growth while managing transitions in a way that protects customer trust and market position. You're the right fit if: You've acquired 10+ years of experience in an international business environment in the field of product management, marketing, or related commercial/strategic role in medical devices or health technology You have a Bachelors/ masters degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management or equivalent. Expertise experience delivering complex projects to meet demanding features, cost, quality and launch targets. Your skills include marketing processes, strategic planning and budgeting; strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills and ability to convey complex messages to influence colleagues; and ability to synthesize market and customer feedback to drive valuable innovations. Exposure to Regulatory frameworks (FDA, EU MDR) and Reimbursement considerations You're a highly motivated professional with a passion for medical device solutions and possess the ability to network and influence in a global matrix organization. You also have the ability to travel 10% of the time both, domestically and globally. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to lead cross disciplinary discussions with confidence How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
