About Position:
The Delivery Leader for Sovereign Core is responsible for leading successful client engagements across discovery, assessment, solution design, implementation, and ongoing delivery. The role combines delivery excellence with presales support to help clients define transformation roadmaps and adopt Sovereign Core solutions. This leader partners with Sales, Client Partners, Solution Architects, and Product teams to develop compelling client strategies, create points of view (POVs), and deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end delivery for Sovereign Core engagements.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high client satisfaction.
- Manage delivery teams, risks, governance, quality, and financial performance.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Lead client workshops to understand business priorities and current-state environments.
- Conduct maturity assessments, architecture reviews, and operational assessments.
- Identify transformation opportunities and define future-state recommendations.
- Develop implementation roadmaps and phased adoption strategies.
- Support strategic sales pursuits by providing delivery and technical leadership.
- Create executive-ready POVs, assessment reports, and transformation recommendations.
- Participate in RFP responses, solution reviews, and client presentations.
- Estimate effort, staffing, timelines, risks, and delivery approach.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Present recommendations and business cases to client leadership.
- Guide clients through change and adoption.
- Develop reusable assets, methodologies, accelerators, and assessment frameworks.
- Mentor delivery managers and consultants.
- Capture lessons learned and best practices.
