About Position:


We are looking for a skilled Retail Media Domain Expert / Retail Media Measurement Consultant who can work closely with business, product, data, and technology stakeholders to drive retail media measurement initiatives from discovery to solution definition. The role requires deep expertise in retail media networks, campaign measurement, attribution, incrementality, and cross-channel analytics.

What You'll Do:


  • Lead requirement discussions with client stakeholders for retail media measurement use cases such as campaign performance, attribution, incrementality, and audience insights.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, KPI definitions, reporting frameworks, and analytics use cases.
  • Define campaign measurement approaches across onsite, offsite, and digital commerce channels (ROAS, sales lift, conversion, engagement, etc.).
  • Collaborate with product, data, engineering, and UI teams to align requirements with platform and data capabilities.
  • Identify and define data requirements across campaign, sales, customer, product, and market datasets.
  • Support the design of AI-enabled capabilities like attribution models, campaign insights, and performance optimization.
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and solution validation discussions with stakeholders.
  • Define business rules, assumptions, constraints, and success metrics for measurement initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with industry best practices, data quality, transparency, and privacy standards.
  • Prepare executive-level summaries, documentation, and business recommendations.
  • Strong experience in Retail Media, Commerce Media, Digital Advertising, or Retail/CPG Analytics.
  • Deep understanding of campaign measurement, attribution models, incrementality testing, and performance reporting.
  • Experience defining KPIs such as impressions, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, sales lift, incremental sales, audience reach, and engagement.
  • Knowledge of measurement methodologies such as test-control groups, geo lift, baseline vs exposed analysis, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Strong understanding of data dependencies (campaign, product, customer, market, and transaction-level data).
  • Ability to convert business requirements into clear workflows, user stories, and functional specifications.

  • Knowledge of data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or data lakes.
  • Understanding of data privacy, governance, and industry measurement standards.
  • Experience in global or multi-region retail environments.
