Key Responsibilities
- Drive Quality, Food Safety & Regulatory capability development across manufacturing and co-manufacturing sites.
- Develop training tools and conduct capability-building programs for plant teams.
- Lead and mentor plant quality teams to strengthen quality culture and food safety compliance.
- Implement key strategic initiatives, including digitalization, to enhance QFS compliance.
- Lead deployment of new PepsiCo standards across co-manufacturing facilities while ensuring existing standards are sustained.
- Lead GFSS, QSHA and ASHA deployment across all plants through regular site engagement.
- Drive SET (Site Excellence Team) development at co-manufacturing sites.
- Support Quality & Food Safety systems during NPD launches and R&D trials.
- Build an engaged and capable quality organization and strengthen quality culture initiatives.
- Lead Pep+ and productivity-related quality projects.
- Conduct end-to-end reviews of Quality & Food Safety KPIs with co-manufacturers and ensure robust action closure.
- Ensure consistent delivery of safe, compliant, and consumer-preferred products.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Strong experience in Quality, Food Safety, Regulatory Compliance, and Manufacturing Operations.
- Exposure to FMCG / Food Manufacturing environments.
- Experience in capability building, training development, and coaching plant teams.
- Knowledge of food safety systems, quality management systems, audits, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and work in a dynamic environment.
