Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
- Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/tools.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
- Achieve individual and team performance metrics.
- Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate team whenever required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Undergraduate (as per process requirement).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 6 months to 5 years of International BPO Voice experience will be preferred.
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Comfortable working in US/Night shifts.
