Job Description

e are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in US shift timings.

Job Details

  • Role: Customer Support Executive International Voice Process
  • Process: Voice (Inbound/Outbound)
  • Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)
  • Work Mode: Work from Office
  • Week Off: 2 Rotational Offs
  • Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
  • Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/tools.
  • Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
  • Achieve individual and team performance metrics.
  • Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate team whenever required.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or Undergraduate (as per process requirement).
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with 6 months to 5 years of International BPO Voice experience will be preferred.
  • Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
  • Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Comfortable working in US/Night shifts.
