JOB PROFILE
- Act as primary point of contact for all incoming technical & customer support inquiries relating to gas & flame detectors.
- Maintenance of Gas Detection System & Fire Alarm Panels
- Perform unit calibration for specific gases.
- Run temperature compensation routines for certain detectors.
- Perform re-programming of firmware.
- Provide customer support on technical issues over the phone or via email.
- Trouble-shoot returned units from customers in the field & identify the problem to be resolved.
- Travel to key customers & regional offices to undertake product installation, support, & training. Develops customer relationship & understands customer needs.
- Work with Sales & Engineering team to resolve customer issues. Report directly to our management on issues & problem-solving results.
- Perform pre-shipment testing & package products for delivery.
