Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with 2-5 years of experience in the Frappe Framework and ERPNext ecosystem. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining ERPNext applications, building business workflows, APIs, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Frappe Framework and Python.
- Customize ERPNext modules based on business requirements.
- Develop server-side logic, REST APIs, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Create custom DocTypes, Reports, Print Formats, and Workflows.
- Optimize database queries and application performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and development teams.
- Manage deployment, upgrades, and maintenance of ERPNext instances.
- Follow coding standards, version control, and software development best practices.
Required Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in Python development.
- Hands-on experience with Frappe Framework and ERPNext.
- Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Jinja.
- Experience with MariaDB/MySQL databases.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with Git version control.
- Understanding of Linux environments and server management.
- Experience with Bench commands and ERPNext deployment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP implementation projects.
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
- Understanding of accounting, HR, CRM, or manufacturing business processes.
- Experience with custom app development in Frappe.
