Job Description Iris Software is seeking an analytical and business-focused Research Executive to join its Research team in Noida. This role will partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Leadership teams to deliver strategic insights, account intelligence, competitive intelligence, and market research that support business growth, client engagement, and decision-making. The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage research requests and synthesize information into actionable insights.
- Conduct in-depth research on industries, markets, technology trends, and business developments relevant to Iris Software's growth priorities.
- Analyze market dynamics, customer challenges, and emerging opportunities across key industry verticals.
- Develop comprehensive account intelligence reports, executive briefs, stakeholder maps, and opportunity assessments.
- Support sales pursuits, account planning, client meetings, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Monitor competitors' service offerings, partnerships, acquisitions, investments, GTM strategies, and market positioning.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and provide actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business leaders, sales teams, account managers, and marketing teams to understand research requirements.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Act as a trusted advisor for research-related requests and strategic intelligence needs.
- Drive improvements in research methodologies, templates, and delivery processes.
- Leverage GenAI and research platforms to improve efficiency and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support onboarding, training, and quality reviews.
