What the role involves:
? Driving category sales and owning business performance on the platform
? Planning and executing brand campaigns & promotions
? Monitoring category performance, margins, and key business KPIs
? Working closely with brand partners and internal stakeholders
? Enhancing customer experience and retention strategies
? Forecasting, reporting, and analysing category trends
We?re looking for:
? 1?2 years of experience in Ecommerce / Retail / Beauty Category Management
? Strong analytical and execution skills
? Excellent stakeholder & brand management capabilities
? Very good proficiency in MS Excel (must-have)
? Strong business presentation and problem-solving skills
? MBA candidates preferred
