Provide L1 technical support for hardware, software, email, VPN, and basic network issues Resolve user tickets via calls, emails, and ITSM tools Install and configure systems for end users Support onboarding/offboarding activities Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams

Handson experience with Windows OS & MS Office Knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow/Remedy/Jira Basic networking knowledge Strong communication and customer handling
