Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the sales operations, dealer development, and team management within their assigned region. With 7-12 years of relevant experience, the candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building strong dealer networks, and leading high-performing teams. This role demands excellent leadership skills, strategic planning, and the ability to drive business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers to achieve regional sales objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets for the assigned region.
- Identify, onboard, and develop new dealers while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential dealership opportunities and assess market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional strategies to boost sales.
- Analyze competitor activities and market data to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Regularly review team performance, provide guidance, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Address escalated customer concerns and work with the team to resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
- Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports and regional performance updates to senior management.
