Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dealer development and management within their assigned region. The candidate should have 4-9 years of relevant experience in sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Identify and onboard new dealers within the assigned area.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers
  • Conduct regular market assessments to identify potential dealerships
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and influencers
  • Address customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to foster repeat business
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team
