In this role, you will be responsible for achieving branchlevel insurance sales targets, engaging bank teams, supporting customers, and ensuring smooth endtoend sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with IDFC First Bank branch teams and managers.
- Achieve sales targets across parameters such as new business, renewals, digitization, and product mix.
- Engage and train bank staff on Tata AIA products, processes, and updates.
- Support branches with documentation, customer onboarding, medicals, and pending closures.
- Promote the Tata AIA brand through customer interactions.
- Ensure high-quality customer service including grievance handling and renewals.
- Drive contests, engagement activities, and adoption of new processes/technology.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate with 13 years of experience in Insurance or Financial Services
