THIS WILL BE A VOICE BASED JOB ROLE.

  • Handle customer calls regarding health insurance claims and policy-related inquiries over calls.
  • Provide accurate information on claim status, claim requirements, coverage, and benefits.
  • Assist customers with claim submission procedures and required documentation.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally over phone calls and mails.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and quality service through calling.
  • Update customer interactions and claim details in the system accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as claims processing, underwriting, and provider networks when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and data privacy standards.
  • Achieve individual and team performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
