- Handle customer calls regarding health insurance claims and policy-related inquiries over calls.
- Provide accurate information on claim status, claim requirements, coverage, and benefits.
- Assist customers with claim submission procedures and required documentation.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally over phone calls and mails.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and quality service through calling.
- Update customer interactions and claim details in the system accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as claims processing, underwriting, and provider networks when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and data privacy standards.
- Achieve individual and team performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
