Role Summary
Responsible for achieving branch business targets by building a strong distribution network of Leaders, Advisors, and Sales Managers. The role involves driving sales growth, managing branch operations, ensuring compliance, and leading a productive and motivated team.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Distribution Growth
- Build and expand distribution network through NLAs, NAAFs, BAs, Leaders, and DPBAs
- Drive recruitment through activities, referrals, and internal networks
- Grow business through higher submissions, issuances, agent activity, case size, and case rate
Team Leadership
- Coach, train, and guide Sales Managers (Executives / Assistants / BAMs)
- Monitor performance and ensure achievement of individual and branch targets
- Lead by example and ensure strong collaboration across branch functions
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to internal sales processes and regulatory standards
- Maintain MIS, reports, and trackers for all stakeholders
- Support risk mitigation, business continuity, and process improvement initiatives
