We are hiring Assistant Manager/ Manager role in Vidal Health Insurance TPA for Client Servicing (Corporate).
Only TPA or Health Insurance industry will be preferred.

Role Objective
To lead and optimize the organizations strategy, ensuring seamless client interactions and service delivery across health insurance workflows. Manager will serve as a strategic bridge between technology, client servicing, and operations to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Relationship Management
2.Drive retention and satisfaction of top corporate clients.
3.Portfolio Management: Handle corporate client portfolios with a focus on service excellence and retention..
4.Prepare and review reports on top corporates, insurance companies, and brokers if required.
5.Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate to leadership.
6.SLA Fulfilment & Stakeholder Commitments.
7.Oversee timely submission of MIS reports to insurance companies, corporate clients, and internal teams
8.Maintain strong working relationships with HO teams of insurance companies & Brokers.
Department Oversight
9.Coordination with functional Department-Preauth, Claims, Enrollment and related functions for claims and cashless settlement.
10.Responsible for profitability and cost control of Key Corporates and retention
11.Team Handling if required etc
Specifications:
Graduate / MBA with 5-10 years of experience in Health Insurance(Corporate-Client Servicing or TPA industry)
Proven track record in client servicing, stakeholder management.
Strong understanding of corporate client expectations and insurance workflows
