Provide end-user support, endpoint management, and branch IT operational support to ensure uninterrupted business operations. The role also includes IT asset lifecycle management, MIS reporting, inventory reconciliation, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with organizational IT processes and service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, Mac systems, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS operating systems and business applications.
- Manage endpoint security solutions (CrowdStrike, Zscaler Client Connector, Antivirus, etc.).
- Handle user account provisioning, password resets, and access requests through Active Directory.
- Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and collaboration tools.
- Coordinate branch IT issues, vendor support activities, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, asset lifecycle management, and hardware replacement coordination.
- Perform periodic IT asset reconciliation with Procurement, Finance, and Audit teams.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to IT operations, assets, incidents, and service requests.
- Support software deployment, endpoint patching, and operating system upgrades.
- Maintain documentation of IT assets, support activities, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in IT audits, compliance activities, and infrastructure rollout projects.

Experience
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in IT End-User Support, Desktop Administration, or Enterprise IT Operations.
- Experience supporting multi-location or branch-based environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint management, and basic networking.
- Proven experience in IT asset management, inventory reconciliation, MIS reporting, and vendor coordination.
- Experience with ITSM tools, SLA-driven support, and endpoint security solutions (CrowdStrike, Zscaler, or equivalent).
- Experience in the Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services sector will be an added advantag
