Role & responsibilities Content Ownership & Strategy Lead the development, planning, and execution of content across all brand touchpoints - digital, social, retail, and experiential. Define the content calendar in alignment with campaign timelines, product launches, and seasonal moments. Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, visual identity guidelines, and storytelling principles. Manage content production workflows briefing creative teams, agencies, and freelancers, and overseeing delivery from concept to final asset. Analyze content performance and iterate based on data-driven insights to continuously improve engagement and reach. Channel Deployment & Activation Own the deployment strategy across all relevant marketing channels social media, email, digital advertising, e-commerce platforms, in-store, and more. Ensure content is adapted and optimised for each channel, respecting platform best practices and audience nuances. Coordinate with media and performance teams to align organic and paid channel strategies. Monitor channel performance and flag opportunities or challenges to stakeholders in a timely manner. Stay ahead of emerging platforms and channel trends, making proactive recommendations for brand presence. Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as the connective tissue between Brand, D2C, and E-commerce teams, ensuring marketing strategies are cohesive and commercially impactful. Collaborate closely with Brand Managers to ensure campaigns are executed with brand integrity while meeting business objectives. Partner with the D2C and E-commerce teams to define and implement integrated marketing strategies that drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention. Participate in joint planning sessions and serve as the brand custodian in cross-functional briefings. Align on KPIs across functions and report on shared outcomes consistently. Special Projects Lead or support high-priority brand initiatives outside of BAU (business as usual) including brand relaunches, new market entries, influencer programmes, or partnerships. Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Act as a project lead for cross-departmental initiatives requiring strong brand oversight and strategic thinking.

Preferred candidate profile

4-6 years of experience in brand marketing, content strategy, or an integrated marketing role. Proven expertise in content creation and management across multiple channels (social, digital, e-commerce, retail). Strong understanding of channel deployment strategies and platform-specific best practices.
