Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and Cross Dock (XD) activities.

• Manage WMS operations to ensure inventory accuracy and process efficiency.

• Plan manpower, lead operations teams, and optimize workforce productivity.

• Drive client and vendor management to ensure service excellence and SLA compliance.

• Monitor KPIs, analyze MIS, and implement productivity and cost improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S practices, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

• Lead CAPA implementation, audits, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for operational deviations.

• Identify and implement continuous process improvements to enhance operational performance.

• Prepare and present operational reports using Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, and XLOOKUP.

Requirements:

• Graduate; MBA/PGDM preferred.

• 5?8 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Fulfillment Operations.

• Strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control, team leadership, and stakeholder management.

• Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel, MIS reporting, and data analysis.

• Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
