We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT positions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals while working with direct clients, implementation partners, MSP/VMS requirements, and various hiring models such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
- Source candidates through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Naukri, and internal databases.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements from direct clients and MSP/VMS accounts.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Validate work authorization statuses including H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, and EAD.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and submit qualified candidates to clients.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate compensation, billing rates, and candidate offers.
- Maintain ATS, candidate trackers, and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across various technologies.
- Ensure timely submissions and closures while meeting client SLAs and turnaround times.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java,.NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP, Workday, Azure, and other emerging technologies.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing portals and Boolean search techniques.
- Knowledge of US staffing processes and hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Familiarity with MSP/VMS tools such as Beeline and Fieldglass.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of US time zones and recruitment practices
