SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)
The Lead ? Security will be responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and compliant environment across the Corporate Office and associated facilities. The role will oversee outsourced security operations, CCTV surveillance systems, access control management, incident reporting and resolution, and implementation of physical and electronic security measures. The incumbent will drive security governance, conduct audits, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and proactively mitigate risks to people, assets, information, and infrastructure.
SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
Security Operations & Administration
- Lead and manage outsourced security service providers to ensure effective deployment and performance.
- Oversee day-to-day security operations including access control, visitor management, patrolling, and surveillance.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor security manpower deployment, attendance, training, and grooming standards.
- Standardize security processes across all sites
- Carry out weekly training on security Processes for site teams on security processes and hospitality / customer and guest communication
Physical & Electronic Security Management
- Manage and monitor CCTV systems, surveillance networks, access control systems, boom barriers, visitor management systems, and other security infrastructure.
- Conduct periodic audits of physical and electronic security systems to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Recommend and implement security enhancements based on evolving risks and business requirements.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and uptime of all electronic security systems.
Incident Management & Risk Mitigation
- Establish robust incident reporting, escalation, investigation, and closure mechanisms.
- Lead investigations into security incidents, violations, thefts, breaches, and emergencies.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence of incidents.
- Maintain incident records, root cause analyses, and management reports.
Security Compliance & Audit
- Conduct regular security audits across premises, entry/exit points, critical areas, and parking facilities.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs at main gates, reception areas, loading bays, and sensitive locations.
- Monitor compliance with security protocols by employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors.
- Support internal and external audits related to security and safety management.
Emergency Preparedness & Response
- Develop and maintain emergency response procedures for fire, medical emergencies, disasters, and security threats.
- Coordinate with Fire & Safety teams, local authorities, and emergency services.
- Conduct mock drills and security awareness programs.
- Ensure readiness of emergency equipment and evacuation processes.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with security agencies, system vendors, and service partners.
- Ensure service-level adherence and performance reviews of outsourced partners.
- Support leadership with security assessments, risk reports, and improvement recommendations.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare periodic reports covering incidents, audit findings, risk observations, and compliance status.
- Develop security dashboards and MIS reports for management review.
- Analyze trends and identify opportunities for strengthening security controls.

SECTION V: KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Knowledge
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Certification in Security Management, Industrial Security, Risk Management, or related fields preferred.
- Ex-Defence / Ex-Paramilitary personnel with relevant corporate security experience will be preferred.

Experience
Years of Experience
- 10?15 years of experience in Corporate Security, Facility Security, Industrial Security, or Integrated Facility Management.
Nature of Experience
- Experience in managing outsourced security operations and large-scale security deployments.
- Strong exposure to CCTV surveillance, access control systems, visitor management systems, and electronic security infrastructure.
- Experience in conducting security audits, investigations, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
- Proven experience in incident management, emergency response, and crisis management.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
- Experience in corporate offices, commercial real estate, IT parks, business parks, or large facilities preferred.
