Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT, digital transformation, and e-Governance programs. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and implementation schedules. Monitor project progress against defined milestones and performance indicators. Ensure delivery within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget. PMU & Governance Management Support establishment and operation of Project Management Units (PMUs). Drive project governance through review mechanisms, steering committees, and governance forums. Prepare project status reports, executive dashboards, risk registers, and management presentations. Track key deliverables, dependencies, escalations, and corrective action plans. Digital Platform & Technology Rollout Manage deployment and rollout of digital platforms, enterprise applications, and citizen-centric solutions. Coordinate implementation activities across multiple stakeholders, departments, and locations. Support testing, UAT, training, deployment, transition, and stabilization activities. Monitor adoption, performance, and operational effectiveness of implemented solutions. Vendor & Partner Management Manage relationships with System Integrators (SIs), technology vendors, consulting partners, and service providers. Monitor vendor deliverables, contracts, SLAs, and project commitments. Coordinate issue resolution and ensure adherence to project timelines. Support evaluation of technology solutions and implementation approaches. Stakeholder Engagement Engage with senior government officials, public sector stakeholders, consultants, and implementation partners. Conduct review meetings, workshops, consultations, and decision-making forums. Facilitate communication between business, technology, and implementation teams. Build stakeholder alignment and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Risk & Issue Management Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Ensure proactive governance and timely escalation of critical concerns. Support audit reviews and compliance monitoring activities. Urban & Municipal Digital Transformation Support Smart City, municipal governance, urban infrastructure, and citizen service transformation initiatives. Assist in implementation of integrated command centres, municipal platforms, ERP systems, GIS systems, utility management solutions, and digital citizen services. Contribute to improving operational efficiency, governance, and service delivery outcomes.

Experience managing PMU/PMC engagements and multi-vendor delivery environments. Strong exposure to digital platform implementation and enterprise technology rollouts. Experience in urban governance, municipal systems, integrated command centers, GIS-enabled solutions, revenue management systems, or citizen service platforms will be preferred. Preferred Certifications One or more of the following certifications will be an added advantage: PMP (Project Management Professional) PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner Agile / Scrum Certification PMI-ACP SAFe Agilist ITIL Foundation Program Management Certifications
